So how does Color Mi Casa work?
The way Color Mi Casa works is that you select your proper home, either existing home or new construction. If you choose a new construction home, you choose your floor plan and desired color palette. If your home is not recently built, you choose the color palette that best suits you and we will give you information on how and where to apply that color palette. With each purchase for a new construction home that involves a builder we are working with, you will receive a printable floor plan that shows you exactly which paint colors go on which walls of your home. It will also provide you with the exact paint numbers and quantities to make purchasing paint quick and easy.
Why not just print the palettes out from the site and have the palettes color matched at my paint store?
As is the case with all paint manufacturer’s websites, the size of our color palettes as they appear on the site are too small to be matched by any paint store. In addition, the paint colors are in RGB values and are not precise enough to be color matched. Lastly, there is a lack of consistency between printers, which may produce an entirely different color than you are trying to match.
What if I get the palette and don’t like the way it works in my home?
This is addressed in our “Refunds and Exchange” policy.
What if I lose my printed floor plan?
You may email Color Mi Casa at any time and we will do our best to send you a new copy of your selected floor plan and color palette.
What if I don’t like the colors once I paint my home?
Color Mi Casa provides no guarantee that you will like the colors as applied to your home, which is why we strongly recommend you take your time when selecting a color palette. If you are unhappy with the color scheme once it’s been applied we will happily send you another color palette to work from, but will be unable to compensate for the cost of paint or painting.
Can I change which colors go on which walls once I‘ve purchased the palette?
Our color palettes are designed to give you some flexibility with the colors. If you would like to change where certain colors are going to go in your home, you should feel free to do so. However, Color Mi Casa cannot be responsible for the outcome of how those colors look when applied of your own accord.
